Media & Privacy Policy

This policy applies to customer-submitted photos, videos, audio files, notes, and pipe stories used for repair quotes, restoration documentation, order handling, and customer support. The repair form currently accepts common photo files, but this policy also applies to media provided separately by email or other customer communication.

Private pending review

Photos, video, audio, notes, and pipe stories are submitted privately. They are treated as pending review and are not public, posted, reused, or approved until GAPC reviews them.

Lawful uploads only

Customers must only upload content they own or have permission to share. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, threatening, abusive, infringing, non-consensual, or unrelated content.

Review and reporting

GAPC may review uploads for repair handling, customer support, safety, and compliance. If content appears illegal, GAPC may restrict access, preserve relevant records, and report it to appropriate authorities.

One-year media retention

Ordinary repair media is intended to expire after 1 year. Order history may remain, but uploaded media will be deleted after the retention period unless legal preservation is required.

Illegal content procedure

If uploaded content appears illegal the matter will be escalated to appropriate authorities or counsel. Apparent child exploitation material will be reported through NCMEC/CyberTipline and/or law enforcement guidance.
